Decision Making Process


All applications are received and discussed at Trustee meetings, held at least three times a year and noted on the Trust website. Assuming that all the required information is included within the application, a decision will be made either by consensus or vote based on the guidelines below. It is hoped that the need for additional information is rarely required to enable swift decisions to be made. Once a funding application has been accepted, money is distributed by the Treasurer.

 

Right of Appeal

All applicants have the right of appeal in the event of a total or partial refusal of funds. Any appeal would take place at the next committee meeting and it is envisaged the applicant/s would attend.
