When submitting an application, as well as a general description of the project, the committee will seek to answer the following questions:

• Who will participate and/or benefit from the project,?
• What is the money going to be spent on?
• Why is the project taking place?
• Where and when will it take place?
• How will the money, benefit the participants?

3. Financial information:

• Total projected costs of the project.
• Amount requested from the Kos Foundation.
• Details of amount already raised/pledged from other sources.
• Plans for raising any additional funds if needed.

4. Evaluation and review:

Information on how the project will be evaluated.
